These terms govern the use of our website and the provision of services by PG Data (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole trader business operating at pgdata.co.uk. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
PG Data provides conversion rate optimisation (CRO), web design, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be agreed in writing between PG Data and the client prior to work commencing.
We apply data-driven methodologies and best practices to improve website performance. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a defined percentage increase in conversion rates. Digital performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, traffic quality, and business changes. We commit to carrying out all work with reasonable skill and care.
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:
Payment terms will be outlined in each individual service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled.
Upon receipt of full payment, any website designs, copy, or other deliverables created specifically for the client become the client’s property. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We treat all client data, business information, and materials as confidential and will not share them with third parties without your permission, except where required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PG Data’s liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly.
